Saturday, 12 November, 2022 – I think Elias is going back to Bangkok on Tuesday. He said the place he’s staying is not what he was expecting and not really what he wanted.
Elias said: It is sort of isolated but I think the area just isn’t what I was expecting. It’s really spread out along the coast and it’s a lot of small resorts. It sort of reminds me of where I went with sally in Mexico. I’m not going to change cause I’m pretty spread out here and it’s not really that bad, it’s just a 15 minute walk along a sketchy road to get to anything. If I didn’t already book a trip back I would go home a day early maybe but it’s okay. I just spend the entire day at the beach. Limited food options is annoying too coming from literally too many to choose from in Bangkok.
It sounds like he is making the best of it. Not what you expect is not always bad, but it is different. He uploaded a bunch of pictures, only some of which I will get optimized for posting tonight.
