Saturday, 22 October, 2022 – I neglected to write about Elias’s day on Saturday. I have a few details, which I will share soon, but first, an admission: Elias posted pictures that I missed. I have been looking for new photos in Dropbox from Elias. The screen is small, I saw things that looked like churches, and I figured I had already posted them, not looking at the details or the dates carefully. Duh.
Turns out Elias has sent pictures that I overlooked. Beautiful, well-composed pictures. Of course, I again do not know what exactly I am looking at – apart from the shrimp and squid – but I can locate the city now in which he took them, thanks to David showing me the GPS metadata on each image.
Genoa
Elias he said he liked Genoa. I wrote about his time in Genoa on Day 83.
Milan
Elias also liked Milan, in part because he did get to see his friend Eli – and Eli’s parents, who invited him to dinner. Elias said, “It was so nice to trade travel stories with Eli and sit and talk to people.” I wrote about Milan on Day 85.
Monaco
It appears Elias did get to see the F1 race course. I also included a link to his very nice Airbnb on Day 87.
